You can choose your dress length based on your height:
for 5′3 inch (163cm) and under both shorter front 33.3, back 36.2 (82/92cm) and longer front 34.6, back 38.6 (88/98 cm) versions are suitable;
for 5′4 –5′6 (164-170cm) choose front 34.6, back 38.6 (88/98 cm);
