SHIPPING & EXECUTION

Your order delivery time is combined by garment execution time and shipping time.

When your order is placed and payment received, we will send you a confirmation email and start executing your garment. Tailoring may take from 5 to 10 business days.

SHIPPING IN LITHUANIA:

We offer free shipping in Lithuania for orders above 50 euros. Orders are shipped by courier to the address provided by costumer when filling the order. Shipping usually takes 1-2 working days.

For orders under 50 euros you can choose a delivery option. We are able to ship it by courier for 5 euros fee or to your chosen Omniva pick up point for 2.5 euros fee. If you choose shipping method via Omniva pick up point, you must write in the address of it when filling the order form.

SHIPPING TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES:

To all other countries we ship via Lithuanian Post using registered shipment. All packages have unique tracking code which allows you to track the delivery. If you need your order to be shipped faster, feel free to contact us in advance and we might be able to arrange express shipping if possible for a certain fee.

To other EU countries the shipping fee is 10 euros. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been sent out, we will send you a confirmation email and your tracking number.

SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES:

To non-EU countries fee is 15 euros. Delivery time 10-14 business days depending on delivery destination.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have a right to return or exchange the products for any reason within 14 days from order delivery day. Please note that we only accept items that are in a condition exactly as you received them:

  • in their original packaging;
  • with original label on them. We do not accept items with labels removed;
  • unused;
  • unwashed;
  • clean (without any stains or smells);

Items must be returned via courier to the address provided in our Contact Us page. All shipment costs of returned/exchanged garments are expense of the customer’s, except for the cases if orders are mixed or the items are defective by our fault.

After the returned order is delivered to us, we will send you a confirmation email and if item meets all the terms listed above, we will confirm the refund. Time when your bank account will receive the refund will vary within few working days, depending on the bank you use.
